People often ask "What does Sui Generis mean?" Sui Generis is a latin phrase meaning, 'to be unique' and that is what we have built our business and reputation on. While it shouldn't be unique to provide clean, comfortable, safe and affordable housing, through many anecdotes through the years, we have come to find that our way of business is exactly that.
While attending college and living in the dorms we knew there had to be a better option, and there was! We bought our first property and lived with classmates and neighbors during our time at college. This experience propelled us to want to provide even more great housing and as they say, the rest is history...
